1. How to Replace O2 Sensor 2003-2007 Honda Accord - Code P0134 & P2243
Buy this o2 sensor - amzn.to/2DqtfbE
Pretty simple step-by-step walk through on how to change the Bank 1 Sensor 1 on any 2003-2007 Honda Accord V6. This install only took me 15 minutes from beginning to end. Anybody can change this o2 sensor, and I mean anybody. The Check Engine Light is gone and I have driven the car about 50 miles since and it has not returned.
The Oxygen Sensor is a Denso part #234-5010 unit and I purchased it from Amazon for about $90 shipped.
I read about some people having problems with the Bosch and universal ones from Autozone and O'reillys so I decided to stay away from those.

**Check out the tools we used below. If the video was helpful, please give it a "thumbs up" and consider subscribing to the channel.**
This video goes over how to replace an oxygen sensor on a 2008 Honda Accord with a 2.4 motor. It should be the same process for any eighth-generation Accord (2008 -2012) with the same motor. An oxygen sensor is used by the engine's computer to determine how much air to fuel ratio is needed so that the engine will run efficiently. There are oxygen sensors before the catalytic converter and sensors after the catalytic converter. The ones before the catalytic converter are called upstream and the ones after the converter are called downstream. This Honda Accord has two oxygen sensors, one before the catalytic converter and one after the catalytic converter. This can vary on different models and manufacturers. Some vehicles can have as many as six. You can drive a vehicle with bad O2 sensors for a period of time if you can put up with the poor performance and decreased gas mileage, but over time it will hurt the longevity of your motor and cause failure of your catalytic converter because your motor wasn’t running efficiently as the manufacturer intended. The most common signs of a bad oxygen sensor are a check engine light, decreased fuel economy, hesitation, rough idling, or misfiring.

8. How to Check and Replace an Oxygen Sensor (Air Fuel Ratio Sensor)
Oxygen sensors (Air fuel ratio sensors) are a common problem on many vehicles. A P1155 or P1135 code indicates you have a bad sensor. This is common in Toyota and Lexus cars and trucks. Learn how to test the air fuel ratio sensor to see if it is bad, and then learn how to replace the bad sensor.

Here is where to get inexpensive A/F Ratio Sensors: amazon.com/s/?_encoding=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&field-keywords=air%20fuel%20ratio%20sensor&linkCode=ur2&sprefix=air%20fuel%20ratio%20s%2Cautomotive&tag=chri0e2-20&url=search-alias%3Dautomotive&linkId=7R4JTUCKCJQBTOSV
Some background info on difference of Oxygen Sensors and Air/Fuel Ratio Sensors. What distinguishes Air Fuel Ratio Sensors from regular O2 sensors is that the AFR Sensor is what is known as a wide range O2 sensor whereas the basic O2 sensor is a narrow range sensor. It can detect a wider range of air/fuel ratios than the basic O2 sensor. Also, the AFR Sensor has a little bit more circuity to enable it to detect more minute variations in the exhaust system air content (more sensitive than the O2 sensor). Therefore, it is able to make better adjustments through the ECM to add or subtract fuel to produce a better mix of air/fuel to maximize efficiency and minimize emissions.
